"Star Ka Sa Cadiz 2010" grand champions Roman Banyola and Fusion X-Treme Dance Group will represent Cadiz City in the Panaad Sa Negros Festival 2010 Negros Music Competition and Pop Dance Competition, respectively.
Banyola and the Fusion X-treme will be managed and supervised by the City Information Office of Cadiz City.
