In observance of Cadiz City 44th Charter Day Anniversary, the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation (SK FED) of Cadiz City will be holding the First SK Federation Skateboarding Open Competition 2011 on July 2, 2011, 2PM, along Cabahug Street, Cadiz City.
The competition is open to all local male skaters in Negros Occidental and in Bacolod City, with no particular age brackets.
There will only be 25 contestants to be officially declared. The 15 slots will be taken from outside Cadiz City, while the 10 slots will come from the Cadiz City Skateboarding Club.
The champion will receive P5,000 cash plus trophy and certificate, the first place will get P3,000 cash plus trophy and certificate and the second place will have P2,000 cash plus and certificate. A consolation of P300 each will be given to the non-winners.
Deadline for submission of application forms will be on May 30, 2011. Should there be more than 25 applicants received after the deadline, a pre-screening will be conducted on June 2, 2PM, at the Don Bernardo L. Benedicto Community Center in Cadiz City where all applicants will be required to attend.
