A family with 3 children may avail P1, 500.00 every month for their health and nutrition or P15, 000.00 per year as long as long as they comply with the conditionality.

According to the CSWD officer Elena Serenias the National Household Targeting System conducted a survey and that out of the 22 barangays, Brgy. Luna was identified as the recipient of the program having the households with the poorest of the poor.

The conditions set by the program were as follows: pregnant mother should have a regular pre-natal and post natal check up, parents should attend the Responsible Parenthood Class, Mother’s Class, Parent Effectiveness Seminars, children aged from 3-5 are required to attend pre-school class and deworming for every 5 months while 6-14 years old are required to enroll in elementary and high school with 85% attendance.
