Seventeen-year-old Ailexon Arnaiz of Philippine Normal University was adjudged Ginoong Cadiz 2010 during the pageant night on January 28 at the Don Bernardo L. Benedicto Community Center in Cadiz City. He represented Barangay Zone IV.Jazer Ian Dizon of Barangay Caduhaan was chosen first runner up; John David Sevilla of Barangay Mabini, second runner up; Marco Santillan of Barangay Zone III, third runner up; and Joseph Panoy Jr. of Barangay Zone III, fourth runner up.
