Mayor Patrick Escalante, along with Vice Mayor Samson Mirhan, has recently launched the Swine Dispersal Project for the probationers, parolees and pardoneers last July 26, at the City Veterinary Office in Cadiz City.
The project is in tandem with the Cadiz City Parole and Probation Office, Volunteer Probation Aide and the City Veterinary Office.
Mayor Escalante, M.D., and City Veterinarian Dr. Josue Rabang inspect the facility and the project materials at the CVO.
