A Filipino-German Fred Eisenman outwitted other nine candidates when he won the Ginoong Cadiz 2009 title last January 21, 2009 at the Don Bernardo L. Benedicto Community Center, Cadiz City.
Fred, 17, comes from Bacolod City and is a student of System Technology Institute (STI). He also bagged the Best in Interview, Mr. Talent and Mr. Negros Navigation awards.
Dexter Montalbo landed First Runner-Up who also received the Best in Swimwear and and Mr. Body Form awards. Darwin Calaguing, Second Runner-Up and Best in Resiklo;
Eric Bacomo, Third Runner-Up; and, Michael Angelo Sardual, Fourth Runner Up. Michael also got the Best in Formal Wear.
Mr. DAKI awards went to Joe Arvy Natan.
Other candidates consisted of Rian Gumban, Christian Liboon, Bejien Tanguan and Michael Acumabig.
The pageant’s chairman was Edgardo Barilea and the director was Erol Jane Bandiola. It was in cooperation with the Dr. Vicente F. Gustilo Memorial National High School./*
